HOW IT WORKS?

SCOREBOARD INSTALLATION AND SETTING UP

WHAT YOU NEED?

1. Windows-base Computer (Laptop/Desktop)

2. Secondary display (TV, Projector or Led Wall Panel)

3. Our Software (KantiGo Basketball Scoreboard Pro)

 

After you download the software, do the following step-by-step configuration to your computer.

  • Using an HDMI/VGA cable, connect your secondary display into the computer display port.
    Then, right click in your desktop screen and go to Display Settings. By default the secondary display will become a duplicate of your main display.
    Next, select the display and go to Multiple display drop down and choose Extend desktop to this display. Now you will see 2 displays available.
    Then select the secondary display and change the resolution to either of the following: 1366 x 768 or 1920 x 1080. We recommend these resolutions for a better display.
    If you are using Led wall panel and want to have custom-sized one, just email us and we will create it for you.
  • After that you will be able to open the software (Kantigo Basketball Scoreboard Pro 4.exe). If you are using an older version, you will need to manually drag the scoreboard display into your secondary display, but in Pro4 the scoreboard display will automatically show up on the secondary display.
    Now you are ready to start scoring!
  • For the separate shot-clock display, you can open it manually on the software:
    A. Pro 4 - Go to File and select Open separate shot-clock.
    B. Pro 3.5 - Right click on the software select multiple display, Open shot-clock.

    Note: In Pro 4, first, you need to connect your 3rd display in order to open the shot clock screen.
    Resolutions required: 1280 x 1024; 1366 x 768; 1920 x 1080.
